Forgotten Fort - adventure game Program starts at demo mode which means random sessions from game. Demo mode usually shows NPCs and their possible actions. You may break it by "Esc" button or mouse. During game: F1=help. Character select at start: click to it with mouse. Other characters shall start to search for The Forgotten Fort (you must wait until they start). The task: you must search them, rescue from various troubles then together explore game. Meanwhile you must solve various - mostly logical but some skill - problems and of course: discover The Forgotten Fort. For that sometimes you must learn. You cannot select anybody and not always can select character next to something (in that case move him towards a bit first). You can see two crosshairs if nobody has been selected. Character change: click to it then press 'X' at downright. You cannot solve the game with only one character - it needs the knowledge of more of them. Moving: corner arrows (Home, End, PgUp, PgDn buttons) or joystick or show direction with left mouse button. Character shall lay down or stand up if you click to him or press buttons Del, Ins. Carrier on board: (from a distance) move to it. Leave: button Ins. Force somebody out with mouse click. Move something: pick up, put down with mouse click, next to the selected character or place it to belt. Show far to throw it. Touch somebody or give to someone something with right mouse button but not anything. The right end of the screen shows the belt of the selected character or the boot of carrier. You can see along it with the down arrow at downright. The left end of the screen shows energy (food, drink, fuel) of selected character. In case of flashing it needs recharge otherwise you may hang up in the middle of nothing. State of non-selected characters are not shown but you may recognise at behavior (moving of carrier or character has failures, telephone LED is red). Actions with something: click to it or pick up and show something with it (near - and maybe longer time). If that action is disabled you may recognise at behavior (e.g. character drinks soft drink but only turns gasoline left and right). You may use arrows and buttons Esc, Enter for special purposes at some case. Program can use autosave: wear floppy with red arrow selected. There is one saved version per game but one can start more games with green arrow selected and floppy color chosen with up/down arrows then enter pressed. I suggest you to try anything - maybe more return to same place because characters and objects know more behaviors, track may change during game: new places appear - and non-player characters also has actions. Especially character that jumps into your car and runs away... During game may appear pictures: help or give attention - map and telephone also works that way. Current picture maybe suddenly vive: it becomes base picture and you must act as a local character for a while then return. This game does not contains agressive parts - and I wish it remains such. If your PC has not mouse connected a crosshair appears - you can move it with buttons w, a, s, d or joystick and select with space.
